I have never added the herbs, but I make the rhubarb bevverage. I have always called it rhubarbade-like lemonade, but I think cordial sounds a lot better. I have also added tequila for a kind of rhubarb margarita. :)

Simply gorgeous! So jealous of that Weck jar. And the idea of elderflower cordial-sigh! My two elderberry plants routinely get eaten by deer, so that might not happen. But I did pull the first rhubarb stalks the other day and have it steeping in vodka. The next application will be this cordial!

I've never heard of angelica either, so this sounds very interesting. Aren't these Weck bottles just gorgeous?! I also have some of them and just wait for the next month's project to see if I can use them for it! ;o)

This sounds amazing: though I also don't know what angelica is... that photo of the bright pink cordial is quite magnificent! and I am extremely jealous of both your neighbors and your canning jars!

I'm unfamiliar with angelica, but it does look like a beautiful plant. I imagine from your description, that it's rather sweet, which sounds terrific! What you've done with it is really creative and now I have to track some down. :-)

This sounds amazing - very impressed.

I never hear about angelica over here in NY; maybe we call it something else? At any rate, I *love* rhubarb, so may have to try out this cordial even without the rhubarb. As always, I am jealous of the gorgeous Weck juice jar!
