<description>Hi there, I am so glad I found your lovely blog. I was looking on Amazon for your 'Fruits of the Earth' book as I have just made your lovely Raspberry Curd from the recipe in the 'Grow Your Own' magazine. I was able to browse the pages inside the book online (so clever)and I saw a reference to this website, so here I am !!!
Can you please tell me how long I can keep the curd for in the fridge ? the recipe never gave this info.
I couldn't afford the book this month but will be buying it soon and look forward to making more things from it.

By the way I love the old jam jar.
